Five minutes walking across the river from the Jardin Tuilleries, there’s Musee d'Orsay. Located at 1, rue de la Legion d’Honneur, 7 th arrondissement. It houses the largest collection of painting, sculpture, and decorative objects between 1848-1914. The permanent collection spans from neoclassicism and romanticism to impressionism, expressionism, and art nouveau design such as Ingres, Delacroix, Monet, Degas, Manet, Gaugin, Toulouse-Lautrec and Van Gogh.
