The biggest art theft history was happened in Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris. The paintings taken were Le Pigeon aux Petits Pois by Pablo Picasso, La Pastorale by Henri Matisse, L’Olivier prés de l’Estaqueby Georges Braque, Nature Morte aux Chandeliers by Fernand Léger, La Femme à l’éventail by Amadeo Modigliani. All are valued € 100 million. How big amount!!!

Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris (Paris museum of modern art) is located at 11, Avenue du Président Wilson, eastern wing of Palais deTokyo, 16 th arrondissement. The collections include over 8000 works illustrating various trends of the art of the 20th century. There’s also a temporary exhibition.
